Bio:

It started way back in our teens.Danny was allready working nite clubs and had a regular gig booked in Gainsboro Tn. His bass player quit so he asked Anthony Ballou to play bass.Then The Addiction started.We loved playing music together.Then we found out Anthony was playing guitar like Santanna at 16.We played together for a while together and in competing bands.Anthony went to college and I took a 15 yr. vacation from the music scene. Anthony continued to play in different bands and as a single.Years later Danny got the fever again and of course, booked a Gig.Heard Mellissa sing, called Anthony ,She Knew Don on bass.Then the magic was being transformed. We worked together for a while then Don and Mellissa started working with a band called The Groove Grinders. We Took another vacation. Then Danny started booking gigs again. We started working together as a 3 piece and worked together for years.The three of us now can read each other on stage. We have enjoyed working with several great add on musicians such as Tim koger on lead and slide guitar, Andy Day ..s,Ryan Styles and Brian Robinson on sax, and the country drummer of the year Billy Mason, set in with us one night. Quite a humbling experence for me. Anthony and I have been working writing a 12 song original cd. Hopefully things will improve in the music bussiness. In the meantime, still looking for gigs!........Danny
