Bars & Tears

'Bars & Tears' was written about abduction and imprisonment it also touches on abuse that can occur in relationships between two people when jealousy and control take presidence. Anyway this is my effort. It's somewhat sinister but hopefully it gets the message across. Paul Barnard worked his magic on this song with his production and engineering skill plus he laid down what I think is an awsome solo. Check it out and see what you think. This may be a little uncomfortable for some and I would urge that children not view this untill their parents have sanctioned it first. It is not intended to offend but it is a difficult subject matter to approach so the content both graphic and lyrical could cause some distress .

Glistens

This song was written about a disorder that some of you may be awar of and some suffer more than others. It effects me in a very disruptive way and can really alter my moods hence the song. I have tried various light therepy treatments but nothing can ease the burden more than natural sunlight and longer daylight hours. This may seem trivial to some but I do have some rather dark thoughts at times and can be unpleasent to be around. I hope I have captured the mood with the video. It is only a collection of stills but it serves it's purpose for now. I write this as the daylight hours draw in and sense an unwelcoming presure upon my shoulders. I look forward as always to Spring and Summer and try to remain positive throughout the periods of constant grey and darkend skies, the sun hidden behind a veil of cloud as if caged. The song 'Glistens' like so many others was engineered and produced by Paul Barnard who I offer eternal thanks.
