In the beginning of 2003, the band was formed intending to play thrash metal covers. Then, later on, the first show was performed. Results of the performance led the band to try something more serious and to create its own songs. During 2004 / 2005 several alterations occurred in the band formation. After this period of changes, with a stable formation, began the process leading to what would become the first 4 songs of the band. Some shows where performed in which were introduced to the public the original creations of the band entitled “Bloody War”, “Nightmare”, “Fleeing From Myself” and “Strange Reality”, obtaining good acceptation of the critics and public, and thus, motivating the band to start recording its first album. Because of financial problems in 2005, the recording process was stopped. But the band continued composing songs. A year later the band returned stronger than ever with better equipments and taking more and more shows. In 2007, before restarting the recording process, the bassist left the band and still the recordings were started over. During the recordings a new bassist was added to the formation and with it started a new era to the band now entitled DEFACED! Nowadays, Defaced is undertaking several shows and RELEASING IT'S FIRST ALBUM "NIGHTMARE" (OUT NOW!!!) ...CONTACT THE BAND TO GET YOURS!!! (e-mail: defacedband@hotmail.com)

Em meados de 2003, a banda foi formada para tocar covers de thrash metal. E após algum tempo realizam seu primeiro show. Surge a idéia de fazer músicas próprias e investir em um trabalho sério. No período de 2004 / 2005 a banda passa por várias alterações em sua formação. Depois desse período de mudanças se fixa a formação da banda, e iniciam então o processo de composição. Continuam fazendo shows em que apresentam as faixas "Bloody War", "Nightmare", "Fleeing From Myself" e "Strange Reality"; obtendo uma ótima aceitação do público e da crítica, com isso motivando a banda a iniciar as gravações do seu primeiro álbum. Devido a dificuldades financeiras em 2005 a banda dá uma pausa nas gravações, mas continua o processo de composição. Um ano depois a banda retorna mais forte com novos equipamentos e realizando vários shows. No início de 2007 antes de reiniciar as gravações do CD o baixista deixa a banda, mas ainda assim inicia-se o processo de gravação sem baixista. Durante as gravações um novo baixista é escolhido e assim começa uma nova era para a banda sob o nome de DEFACED!
