I was born in Asmara (Eritrea)...the city who understood her role didn't extend far beyond being the designated spot for my arrival to this earth. so, she graciously shared me with my true love: the humble town of keren. my soul still rests its head on her plump bosoms. with the pockets of my soul filled with lints of her memories, i crossed the atlantic ocean in '94. just as poetic and beautiful as keren and asmera are the parents i love dearly. my affinity for music and stories comes from my mother; my interest in writing apparently came from my father. although he has yet to share with me how he goes about dodging writer's block. give him a pen and a pad and you will get your poetry. give me a pen and a pad, you will see the manifestation of schizophrenia on paper. anyway...check out my music and my infant clothing line: Legacy. i am excited about where it's all going. feel free to drop me a few lines and let me know what you think. peace!
